How do I book an Intercity seat on the website?
See the Intercity trips section on the homepage. Pick a published trip, enter your name and phone number, and pay the price per seat by mobile money - your seat is confirmed and an SMS with your booking code follows immediately.
Can I rent a car with SafeLine?
Yes - car rental, both self-drive and with a driver, is available in the SafeLine app. Open the app to choose your dates and vehicle; it isn't part of this website.
How is the ride fare calculated?
Each vehicle category has a base fare covering the first few kilometres, plus a per-kilometre rate - the same rates shown on our fleet & fares page. Ride booking itself happens in the SafeLine app, where the fare is shown before you confirm.
What if I can't book online for an Intercity trip?
Call us or visit in person and our staff can record your seat and payment for you directly.
